Example of creating an import command only for sales orders

Start the Command Editor dialog to create a custom command.

Click on the New button and enter the code for a new custom command.

Select the position where you want to insert the custom command and then insert.

After confirming that the custom command has been inserted, select to add the commands you want to add from the internal commands list.

The internal command you selected have been added to the custom command.

Select [View] - [Custom Menu] from the menu bar. Selecting [Custom Menu] will activate the menu you have customized.

The Sales Order Import command has been created.

Select [Table View] - [Command] - [Custom Menu] from the main menu.

Select the [Import] command under the "Sales Order Import" command to display the [Import] command properties in the properties window.

Change the value of "DBIO object (Import)" from "DBIO" to "Sales Order". When the value of "DBIO object (Import)" is "DBIO", it means that the DBIO root under the project is selected and all the DBIO objects under the root will be used. If you specify a name of a DBIO object such as "Sales Order", only the DBIO objects of that object will be used.

Now you have completed linking the menu and the DBIO object.

* 1: In the past versions of Asprova, display names were displayed in the Code column of the data I/O settings table. In that case, you could not enter a value specified in the Code column of the data I/O settings table in the Value field of the property "DBIO object (Import)". To make sure to use strings representing DBIO objects that can be used for any version of Asprova, select the target DBIO object from the data I/O settings table and use the string specified in the Code field of the Common tab in the properties window.
