Table view

GUI Overview

Main Window

A table view displays items set for master data, orders, and charts in table format.
You can edit data directly in the cells.
When a property provides value options to specify, select one from the drop-down listbox.
For expression properties, please refer to Select and display expression properties.
For the property "Display color", you can select a color number from the drop-down listbox.

You can specify that a blank row is automatically displayed at the end of the rows of a table view for a new input. If you specify data in a blank row, the row is added as a top-level object of that table view.
To make this setting, click on the [Display Settings] button on the toolbar, select the "Table" tab in the properties window, and check the "Show blank row for input" property.

Copy and Paste

You can copy a single or multiple cells.
Select the cell that contains the data you want to copy and select [Edit] - [Copy] from the menu.
Select the cell to which you want to copy the data and select [Edit] - [Paste] from the menu.
Note, however, that depending on the copied data and the type of the cell to which you copy the data, the data may not be copied. (For example, copying characters and pasting them to a numeric cell.)

Autofill

You can use the autofill feature to select a single or multiple cells and fill other cells with that data.
Select the cell(s) that contains the data you want to copy.
If you point to the lower right corner of the selected cell(s) with the mouse, the pointer changes to "+". Drag "+" across the cells you want to fill with holding down the left mouse button and then release the mouse button.

Autofilll rules

If you select a single cell for autofill, Asprova will fill the same value as in the copied cell. Note, however, that if the data in the copied cell is a character string containing numbers, Asprova will fill that character string according to the sequence of the rightmost number of the copied data.
If you select multiple cells for autofill, Asprova will fill the data in the copied cells repeatedly. Note, however, that if the data in the copied cells is numbers, character strings containing numbers or dates, and the difference between the sequential rows is a fixed value and also there is a certain pattern in the sequence of the data, Asprova will fill the numbers, character strings containing numbers or dates following that pattern.

You cannot use the autofill feature for columns frozen by the [Freeze Column] command. In that case, unfreeze the columns first and then execute the autofill feature.
