A table view displays items set for master data, orders, and charts in table format.
You can edit data directly in the cells.
When a property provides value options to specify, select one from the drop-down listbox.
For expression properties, please refer to Select and display expression properties.
For the property "Display color", you can select a color number from the drop-down listbox.
You can specify that a blank row is automatically displayed at the end of the rows of a table view for a new input. If you specify data in a blank row, the row is added as a top-level object of that table view.
To make this setting, click on the [Display Settings] button on the toolbar, select the "Table" tab in the properties window, and check the "Show blank row for input" property.
Copy and Paste
You can copy a single or multiple cells.
Select the cell that contains the data you want to copy and select [Edit] - [Copy] from the menu.
Select the cell to which you want to copy the data and select [Edit] - [Paste] from the menu.
Note, however, that depending on the copied data and the type of the cell to which you copy the data, the data may not be copied. (For example, copying characters and pasting them to a numeric cell.)

You can use the autofill feature to select a single or multiple cells and fill other cells with that data.
Select the cell(s) that contains the data you want to copy.
If you point to the lower right corner of the selected cell(s) with the mouse, the pointer changes to "+". Drag "+" across the cells you want to fill with holding down the left mouse button and then release the mouse button.
If you select a single cell for autofill, Asprova will fill the same value as in the copied cell. Note, however, that if the data in the copied cell is a character string containing numbers, Asprova will fill that character string according to the sequence of the rightmost number of the copied data.
If you select multiple cells for autofill, Asprova will fill the data in the copied cells repeatedly. Note, however, that if the data in the copied cells is numbers, character strings containing numbers or dates, and the difference between the sequential rows is a fixed value and also there is a certain pattern in the sequence of the data, Asprova will fill the numbers, character strings containing numbers or dates following that pattern.
You cannot use the autofill feature for columns frozen by the [Freeze Column] command. In that case, unfreeze the columns first and then execute the autofill feature.

You can change column widths of a table view by placing the mouse cursor between columns and move the boundary with the left mouse button.
If you select multiple columns and then change the column widths as above stated, all of the selected columns will have the same width.
Double-click between columns to optimize column width.
Hold down the Ctrl key and double-click to optimize the column width while taking into consideration the displayed text of the header line. (feature added from Ver.15.0).
You can also change the display order of columns by selecting the column you want move and dragging it with the left mouse button.
You can change row heights of a table view by placing the mouse cursor between rows and move the boundary with the left mouse button.
If you select multiple rows and then change the row heights as above stated, all of the selected rows will have the same height.

In a table view, you can perform various operations using the [Table View] menu available in the Menu.
Right-clicking the mouse on each area of a table view invokes a corresponding popup menu.
