If a table time chart whose vertical axis contains different objects, it can be referred to as a composite chart. In that sense, the chart you can display by using the Drilldown feature on the resource Gantt chart or by selecting an object in the object window and right-clicking and selecting Jump - New Gantt Chart from the popup menu can also be referred to as a composite chart.

You can continue to use the same operations and menus on the time chart after you display a composite chart from the time chart. If the objects have nothing to display on a time chart, the time chart shows no data.

Open charts through jumping

Whether or not to emphasize the unit term and object selected before the jump when opening a chart from the jump menu (which is a popup menu), can be set in the “Unit term after jump” and “Bar display color after jump” display properties.
