Use Instruction Bar Popup Menu

Resource Gantt Chart

The use instruction bar popup menu of the resource Gantt chart is a popup menu that is displayed by right-clicking the mouse on a use instruction bar on the resource Gantt chart.

The popup menu provides the following items:


Fix Operation

Full fix

Fixes the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs to its current assigned time and resource.

Unfix

Unfixes the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs.

Time fix

Fixes the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs to its current assigned time.

Resource fix

Fixes the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs to its current assigned resource.

Use Instruction Fix

Fixes the selected use instruction to that resource.


Status

Freeze

Makes the status of the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs frozen.

Unfreeze

Makes the status of the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs unfrozen.

Release

Makes the status of the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs released.


Label

Adds Label.


Drilldown

Order Table

Displays the order row of the operation to which the currently use instruction belongs.
Clicking on the minus (-) button displayed in the left part of the drilled down row will close the drilldown display.

Operation

Displays the operation row of the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs.
Clicking on the minus (-) button displayed in the left part of the drilled down row will close the drilldown display.

Assigned resources

Displays the resource Gantt rows to which the operation to which the selected use instruction bar belongs is assigned.
Clicking on the minus (-) button displayed in the left part of the drilled down row will close the drilldown display.

resource candidates

Displays the resource Gantt rows to which the operation to which the selected use instruction bar belongs can be assigned.
Clicking on the minus (-) button displayed in the left part of the drilled down row will close the drilldown display.

Inventory graph (Input Item)

Displays the inventory graph for the input items of the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs.
Clicking on the minus (-) button displayed in the left part of the drilled down row will close the drilldown display.

Inventory graph (Output Item)

Displays the inventory graph for the output items of the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs.
Clicking on the minus (-) button displayed in the left part of the drilled down row will close the drilldown display.

Order Filter Expression

Edit the filter expression for filtering drilldown rows’ orders.

Operation Filter expression

Edit the filter expression for filtering drilldown rows’ operations.


Jump

Pegged Orders Gantt Chart

Opens the pegged order Gantt chart corresponding to the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs. This is not displayed if there are no pegged orders.

Pegged Orders + Resource Gantt Chart

Opens a composite chart of the order of the operation to which the currently selected use instruction belongs and assigned resources. This is not displayed if there are no pegged orders.

Order Gantt Chart

Opens the Order Gantt chart of the order to which the selected use instruction belongs.

Order + Resource Gantt Chart: Assigned Resources

Opens the composite chart of the order to which the selected use instruction belongs and the assigned resources.

Order + Resource Gantt Chart: Candidate Resources

Opens the composite chart of the order to which the selected use instruction belongs and the assignment candidate resources.

Operation + Resource Gantt Chart: Assigned Resources

Opens the composite chart of the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs and the assigned resources.

Operation + Resource Gantt Chart: Candidate Resources

Opens the composite chart of the order to which the selected use instruction belongs and the assigned candidate resources.

Order Table

Open the operation table with operations which are related with selected use instructions.

Operation table

Opens the operation table for the selected use instruction.

Group type table

Opens the Group Type table and displays the group type of the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs.

Integrated master editor

Opens the Integrated Master Editor related to the operation to which the currently selected use instruction belongs.

Integrated Master Editor:Pegged Orders

Opens the Integrated Master Editor related to the operation to which the currently selected use instruction belongs and orders pegged to the operation. This is not displayed if there are pegged orders.

Graphical Master

Opens the graphical master window of the master of the Use Instruction bar over which the mouse is placed.

Purchase Master

Opens the purchasing master related to the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs. (Display only in Asprova SCP)


Order Table

Edit Order

Displays properties of the order to which the selected use instruction belongs in the properties window.

Unassign all

Unassigns all the operations of the order that includes the target operation.

Reassign

Reassigns all the operations of the order that includes the target operation.

Delete Operations

Deletes all the operations of the order that includes the target operation.

Disable

Disables the order that includes the target operation from assignment.


Operation

Results

Displays the Results tab in the properties window for the operation to which the bar currently pointed to by the mouse belongs.

Operation splitting

Displays the Split tab in the properties window for the operation to which the bar currently pointed to by the mouse belongs.

Edit Operation

Displays properties of the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs in the properties window.

Edit Parent Operation

When the parent operation exists, for example, after splitting the operation, displays properties of that parent operation in the properties window.

Edit Main Output Item

Displays properties of the output item of the selected operation in the properties window.

Unassign all

Unassigns the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs.

Reassign

Reassigns the operation to which the selected use instruction belongs.

Switch Task Selector

Selects a task selector for the resource to which the operation to which the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse is assigned.
This menu is displayed only when task selectors are specified in the Integrated Master Editor.


Group

Toggles between “”Grouped” and “Individually” for the “Move method for grouped operations” style. Only the grouped operations are displayed. Group assignment option is required.


Add peg (Before)

By drag-and-drop operation, you can specify a previous process operation and order to create a pegged object.
This menu is displayed or hidden by setting “Edit peg objects” (bar tab) in the Display settings to “Yes” or “No”, respectively.

By drag-and-drop operation, you can specify a next process operation and order to create a pegged object.
This menu is displayed or hidden by setting “Edit peg objects” (bar tab) in the Display settings to “Yes” or “No”, respectively.

Level 1

Sets the pegging display level to 1

Level 2

Sets the pegging display level to 2

Level 3

Sets the pegging display level to 3

Reserve Right to Edit

Acquires the right to edit.

Release Right to Edit

Releases the right to edit.

Remove Other User Right to Edit

Removes the right to edit of another user.


[Ext] Move Operation

To the Right

Moves the operation of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse to the right.

To the Right (within 1 day)

Moves the operation of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse to the right within 1 day.

To the Left

Moves the operation of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse to the left.

To the Left (within 1 day)

Moves the operation of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse to the left within 1 day.


[Ext] Jump

Next Process Operation of Same Order

Jumps to a next process operation of the same order as the operation of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.

Previous Process Operation of Same Order

Jumps to a previous process operation of the same order as the operation of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.


[Ext] Order

Select All Operations of the Order

Selects all operations of the order of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.

Split Order

Reduces the quantity of the original order to be split into two of which the use instruction is currently pointed to by the mouse and adds a new order.

Operation Status

Freeze All Operations

Freezes all the operations of the order of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.

Unfreeze All Operations

Unfreezes all the operations of the order of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.

Change All operations to Released

Changes the status of all the operations of the order of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.

Fix Operation

Full Fix All Operations

Full fixes all the operations of the order of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.

Unfix All Operations

Unfixes all the operations of the order of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.

Fix Resources of All Operations

Fixes assigned resources of all the operations of the order of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.

Fix Times of All Operations

Fixes assigned times of all the operations of the order of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.


[Ext] Display Table

Order

Displays a table view for the order of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.

Operation

Displays a table view for the operation of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.

Input Item

Displays a table view for the input item of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.

Output Item

Displays a table view for the output item of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.


[Ext] Peg

Fix External Pegs

Fixes external pegs that are directly connected to the order of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.

Unfix External Pegs

Unfixes external pegs that are directly connected to the order of the use instruction currently pointed to by the mouse.
