Overview

Labels can be attached to time periods and bars on a time chart. They can be shown on the chart and printed.

Label operation and importing and exporting of label tables are possible on all module types.
Asprova DS can be used to exchange label data between Asprova systems.

Type

The following types of labels are available.

Bubble

Bubbles can be attached to order, operation, and use-instruction bars as well as any time period of your choice on the body part of the chart.
Bubbles are useful in pointing to a particular time or bar.

The yellow trapezoidal end point (indicated with a red circle in the following figure) extending from the bubble label is the base point.
A label is attached by aligning the base point to an order, operation, or use-instruction bar. The bar that the base point is pointing to is the label target (label owner).

Arrow

Arrows can be attached to any time period of your choice on the body part of the chart.
Arrows are useful in indicating a particular time period.

The yellow trapezoidal end point (indicated with a red circle in the following figure) at the upper left of the arrow label is the base point.
A label is attached by arranging the base point on the body part of the chart. The row that the base point is pointing to on the body part of the chart is the label target (label owner). For example, the label target (label owner) is a resource on a resource Gantt chart and an item on a inventory graph.
