Enter here information about an item to be input to the process.

<Properties for the input instruction>

Instruction codeBy default this is set to "In", but you can also specify an arbitrary code. If multiple input instructions exist for the same process and they have the same instruction code, it means that one of the input instructions will be used. If multiple input instructions exist for the same process and they have different instruction codes, it means that the multiple input instructions will be used simultaneously (a merging process).Setting is mandatory (Default value is "In".)
Resource / itemSpecify here the code of the item to be input to the process.Setting is mandatory (Object may be generated automatically)
Previous process numberUsually, the relationship between processes is identified by the process number. However, when you want to express a merging process or a branching process, the "Previous process number" is used to explicitly specify the relationship with the previous process.

Teardown
Specify here a numeric ratio of the input item that is required for producing one unit of the output item of the process. Specify for only one of the three properties; setup, production, or teardown. Depending on in which one of the three you specify a value, the starting point in the time relationship between the current and previous processes will change.Setting is mandatory (If the field is empty, the value is regarded as 1.)
Time constraint method Define here the time relationship between this process and the previous process. Default value is "ES".Setting is required either in the input instruction or in the use instruction.
Time constraint MIN Specify here the minimum amount of time required to be separated with the previous process according to the time relationship between the processes you specified in the [Time constraint method] field.Setting is required either in the input instruction or in the use instruction.
Time constraint MAXSpecify here the maximum amount of time allowed to be separated with the previous process according to the time relationship between the processes you specified in the "Time constraint method" field. (To validate this value, you are required to have the Time constraint MAX option.) 
VersionYou can specify an arbitrary version for the instruction. If the version specified for this instruction matches the version specified for the order, this instruction is used. 
CommentsYou can enter arbitrary comments here.  
Scrap quantity
Yield rate
Used when you want scraps quantity and yield rate to be considered in calculating the required quantity. In that case, the following formula is used. (Quantity of the operation x Required quantity + Scrap quantity) x (1/Yield rate).

<Input instruction master>

The Input Instruction Master is available for registering input instruction codes. However, since the input instruction codes you registered in the Integrated Master are automatically registered in the Input Instruction Master, you don't need to edit the input instruction codes in the Input Instruction Master.
